• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management or related complex programmes.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream transformation with senior sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps covering case for change, target operating model, sequencing, governance, risks and benefits.
• Establish governance, delivery rhythms and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders with credible communication and facilitation for change adoption.
• Design and implement change-management strategies covering alignment, communications, organisation design and benefits realization.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications for growth and value.
• Support post-deal value creation with portfolio leadership to maintain business continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data and technology operating models.
• Build relationships, contribute to new propositions and mentor colleagues in transformation.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner based in Spain.

This is a senior consulting role focused on helping private equity investors, portfolio companies, and technology businesses turn strategic ambitions into measurable business outcomes. You will lead complex transformation and change-management programmes spanning operating models, technology, processes, people, and governance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, requiring you to engage senior stakeholders and maintain momentum through delivery. You will help organisations build compelling cases for change, align teams around priorities, and embed new ways of working. Your work will directly support growth, operational performance, resilience, customer outcomes, and value creation. You will operate in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment alongside investment, commercial, operational, financial, and technology specialists.

Accountabilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initial diagnosis and mobilisation through delivery and the achievement of measurable outcomes.
• Develop clear transformation roadmaps covering the case for change, target operating model, initiative sequencing, accountabilities, investment requirements, risks, and expected benefits.
• Establish effective programme governance, delivery rhythms, decision‑making structures, and accountability mechanisms to keep transformation initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build organisational commitment through credible communication, structured facilitation, and practical approaches to change adoption.
• Design and implement change-management strategies covering stakeholder alignment, communications, organisation design, capability building, adoption, and benefits realisation.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications relating to growth, customer outcomes, margins, resilience, investment risk, and value creation.
• Support post-deal value creation by helping portfolio-company leadership teams execute transformation priorities at pace while maintaining business continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, platforms, delivery capabilities, and technology operating models.
• Build trusted client relationships, contribute to new propositions and business development, and mentor colleagues in transformation, programme leadership, and change management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, operating‑model improvement, technology‑enabled transformation, or complex programme delivery.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programmes involving senior sponsors and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong track record in developing and executing transformation roadmaps, programme governance, organisational and process change, capability‑building initiatives, and benefits realisation.
• Excellent ability to develop and communicate compelling, evidence‑based narratives that help leaders understand the need for change, required actions, and measures of success.
• Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect transformation initiatives to business outcomes such as growth, cost efficiency, customer experience, risk, and operational performance.
• Sufficient technology fluency to work effectively with product, engineering, data, and technology leaders and integrate technology change into broader transformation programmes.
• Experience in private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or high‑growth technology businesses is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative, action‑oriented leadership style with the ability to challenge constructively, build alignment, and maintain momentum across complex programmes.
