Job summary

HR Path Madrid is seeking a 100% dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, blending proactive headhunting, candidate selection, and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier professional services and tech consulting talent for Spain.

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). Compensation: €36,000 – €42,000 gross per year (depending on experience).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in IT, management, or HR transformation consulting.
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, professional services dynamics, and HRIS talent pools.
• Fluent Spanish (Native or C1/C2), Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and modern ATS platforms.
• Proactive, data-aware, highly organized, and business-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full lifecycle—from initial intake meetings with hiring manager to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactive Sourcing & Strategy Development: Identify and leverage channels to build solid talent pipelines; lead proactive direct-approach campaigns.
• Rigorous Candidate Selection: Manage the assessment process using screening tools, structured interviews, and evaluations.
• Employer Branding & Market Presence: Promote HR Path's employer brand and benefits to stand out in the local market.
• Process Optimization & Stakeholder Alignment: Analyze recruitment metrics and align salary benchmarks and hiring targets.

YOURPROFILE

• Minimum3+yearsoftalentacquisitionexperience,ideallygainedwithinIT,management,orHRtransformationconsultingfirms.
• Solidunderstandingofconsultingdeliverymodels,professionalservicesdynamics,andtech/functionaltalentpools(HRISexperienceisastrongplus).
• FluentSpanish(NativeorC1/C2level),FluentEnglish(Businessproficiencyrequiredforglobalstakeholderinteraction),Frenchisastrongplus.
• ProvenexpertiseinLinkedInRecruiter,headhuntingtechniques,candidateassessmentmethodologies,andmodernATSplatforms.
• Proactive,data-aware,highlyorganized,andbusiness-orientedwithexcellentnegotiationskills.

Recruitment Process

1st Round: Video interview with the Talent Acquisition Team (culture fit, sourcing expertise, and background review).

2nd Round: Strategic interview with the HR Director (deep dive into talent strategy, business alignment, and final validation).
