• Dominio del español e inglés; disponibilidad para viajes.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias globales de adquisición de talento para roles críticos.
• Realizar búsqueda ejecutiva y atraer candidatos de alto perfil en mercados internacionales.
• Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento: sourcing, selección, negociación y onboarding.
• Mantener relaciones con stakeholders internos y externos a escala global.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Expertise in international sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various recruitment platforms.
