AIM Sport, a leader in sports marketing, seeks a Senior Production Coordinator for the Madrid studio, near Bernabéu. You will bridge design, accounts and operations to ensure on-time delivery while growing into broader studio operations leadership over time.

You will manage tasks, schedules and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience in production coordination or similar role.
• 3+ years in a creative/content/post-production studio environment.
• Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and multi-project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central point of contact for content and project requests.
• Prioritise, structure and assign tasks based on workload and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate daily workflows between designers, editors, developers and accounts.
• Support resource planning including freelancers.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Improve studio processes and communication flows.
• Balance creative quality with commercial priorities and efficiency.
• Grow into broader studio operations role over time.
• Ensure deadlines are met with consistent deliverables.
