Job summary

Electronic Arts Madrid studio is seeking a Production Coordinator for a part-time, on-site role (20 hours per week, 11 am–3 pm). Reporting to the Studio Director, you will act as the operational hub for development teams, handling studio operations, team administration, and game production workflows.

You will collaborate across multiple projects, coordinate shipments, events, and vendor relations, and support travel, invoicing, and IT/facilities tasks as needed while working in a bilingual,

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role.
• On-site presence in Madrid 20-hour week.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for coordinating with local vendors and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, couriers, and customs documentation.
• Manage merchandise, kits, and studio apparel distribution.
• Logistics: mail, packages, and equipment routing to teams.
• Plan and organize internal events, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations.
• Organize meetings, catering, and room bookings for All-Hands and partner visits.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience on branding, anniversaries, and wellness events.
• Support procurement: create POs, track invoices, and vendor setup in financial systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, snacks, peripherals, and event materials.
• Facilitate meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, visas, and travel letters as needed.
• Maintain studio guides, FAQs, and distribution lists.
• Assist IT and Facilities with service desk tickets.
