Job summary

AIM Sport in Madrid is seeking a 2D/3D Motion Designer to create stadium brand content. You’ll blend 2D and 3D workflows, from After Effects motion graphics to Cinema 4D elements, delivering polished visuals for LED screens and brand activations.

You will collaborate with designers and producers, translate assets into dynamic sequences, and maintain clean project files for fast-paced production. Fluent English is preferred; experience in sports or digital signage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven motion design experience, including 2D and 3D
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, timing and color
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and deliver polished output

Responsibilities

• Create motion design content for stadium LED screens and brand activations, combining 2D and 3D techniques.
• Animate type, graphics, and 3D objects in After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Translate static brand assets into dynamic motion sequences.
• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and producers to build cohesive, high-quality work.
• Maintain clean, well-structured project files and follow delivery specs for signage environments.
• Support both creative and technical execution in fast-paced production cycles.
