2K Valencia Studio in Valencia, Spain seeks an Operations Manager to own daily operations and workplace experience, reporting to the Creative Operations Director. You will align with global policies, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholders to keep development teams well-supported.

The role requires 8+ years in operations, strong leadership, excellent English/Spanish communication, and a service-oriented approach to sustain an inclusive, high-performance studio.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA.
• Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 8+ years experience in Operations Management.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication with diverse teams.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Project management to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset.
• Leadership to mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Global Operations & Alignment: Ensure studio operations follow global policies and Spanish regulations; Local contact for 2K and Take-Two projects; Support Operations Director on projects and metrics.
• Studio Operations & Financial Control: Plan, manage and control the annual studio budget; monitor expenses and achieve financial objectives; identify blockers and build scalable workflows.
• Facilities & Workplace Experience (WEX): Oversee daily premises operations and upgrades; foster an inclusive culture prioritising wellbeing; elevate workspace reflecting hospitality.
• Strategic Leadership & Talent Development: Lead a multidisciplinary team across Admin, Workplace, Facilities/H&S, Maintenance, Cleaning and Wellbeing; promote CSR and studio events.
