Expedia Group in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a senior strategy professional to own growth initiatives within the B2B Strategy & Transformation team. You will frame problems, build strategic plans, and influence top leadership across Commercial, Product and Technology, and Finance.

You will assemble and lead cross-functional teams, perform market and competitor analysis, and deliver strategic recommendations with high-impact results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from top university; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience within management consulting, e-commerce and/or corporate strategy, including progression into roles of increasing scope.
• Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed teams and driving outcomes without formal management authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own the identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across B2B teams and drive stakeholder alignment to implementation.
• Lead the construction of strategic recommendations for the TLT and senior leadership, supported by rigorous analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and SVP-level stakeholders, shaping how they frame challenges and decisions.
• Direct the construction of advanced models and analyses across data sources to test decisions and scenarios.
