Expedia Group is seeking a strategic leader to shape the EG B2B Strategy & Transformation direction in Madrid. You will own cross‑functional initiatives from framing problems to influencing top leadership and driving execution.

Lead strategic planning, market/competitor analysis, and performance assessment, while representing Strategy & Transformation with senior leadership across Commercial, Product, Technology, and Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a top university required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, e-commerce and/or corporate strategy; demonstrated progression into broader roles.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to direct modeling and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Own identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across B2B teams; drive stakeholder alignment to implementation.
• Lead construction of strategic recommendations for senior leadership with rigorous analysis of pros/cons, cost, risk, and timing.
• Act as trusted advisor to VP/SVP-level stakeholders, shaping challenges and guiding decisions.
• Originate solutions to ambiguous problems; translate insights into actionable plans across functions.
• Direct development of advanced models across data sources and stress test decisions across scenarios.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into strategic bets for EG B2B.
• Serve as senior go-to expert on applying products/services to maximize enterprise value.
• Anticipate financial and operational impact of key decisions across the portfolio; steer multiple initiatives.
