Expedia Group Madrid invites a senior Strategy & Transformation leader to own growth initiatives across B2B, framing problems and influencing the top leadership. You will build the strategic plan, including market and competitor analysis, and drive cross-functional execution with visibility at the executive level.

You will assemble teams from Commercial, Product, Technology, and Finance, lead cross-functional programs, and translate industry trends into strategic bets to help Expedia Group

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from top university required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in management consulting, e-commerce or corporate strategy.
• Led cross-functional or matrixed teams with outcomes.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint with modeling and presentation leadership.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define structure.
• Collaborative with senior leadership and prioritization skills.
• Framing unstructured problems and setting agendas.
• Identify key value drivers and prioritize initiatives.
• Self-starter with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across B2B teams.
• Lead strategic recommendations for executive leaders with rigorous analysis.
• Advise VP/SVP-level stakeholders to frame challenges and drive decisions.
• Originate solutions against high-stakes objectives with ambiguity.
• Direct development of advanced models across data sources and scenarios.
• Translate industry trends into strategic bets for the business.
• Serve as senior go-to expert on products/services in the industry.
• Anticipate financial/operational impact of decisions across portfolios.
• Assemble and mobilize Commercial, Product, Tech, and Finance contributors.
• Lead cross-functional programs with accountable timelines and quality.
