Expedia Group in Madrid is seeking a senior Commercial Finance partner to consolidate regional inputs and deliver executive-level reporting and forecasting. You will drive metrics, build advanced financial models, and translate data into actionable business insight for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Strategy to shape the 3+ year plan, identify growth drivers, and automate routine reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Highly fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Commercial finance experience.
• Ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight.
• Ability to present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences.
• Strong Excel skills, including model building, formula optimization, data validation and error troubleshooting.
• Experience leveraging AI agents, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to deep-dive into large data sets to identify drivers or variances.
• Autonomous, with multi-project prioritization and deadlines.
• Ability to think outside the box and propose alternatives.
• Good relationship builder and team player.
• Experience in dynamic, entrepreneurial, large global organizations.
• Role available in Spain; in-office at least three days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure monthly and quarterly business performance metrics and insights for distribution to B2B Sales and Finance management.
• Assist with preparation and delivery of financial management information and executive-level commentary.
• Model and extend the long-range financial plan (3+ years) with stakeholders to set targets and growth.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy and Sales leadership to improve operational reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for cross-regional projects and growth initiatives.
• Support process improvements and controls to enable scalable B2B growth.
• Leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency across responsibilities.
