Expedia Group is hiring in Madrid for a strategic role within the B2B Strategy & Transformation team. You will identify growth opportunities across B2B functions, build cases for leaders, and work cross-functionally to operationalize initiatives while coordinating with senior leadership across EG B2B.

The role emphasizes modeling, data analysis, and turning insights into high-impact actions, partnering with teams to drive value and strategic outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, e-commerce and/or corporate strategy preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience in modeling, analysis, research and presentation creation.
• Comfortable conducting analysis: pulling data, building models and analyzing information.
• Able to handle ambiguity and solve problems creatively.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with senior leadership and cross-team partners.
• Proven ability to frame unstructured problems and identify high-impact actions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify growth opportunities across B2B teams and align stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Support building cases and solutions for leaders using rigorous analysis of pros, cons, costs, risks, resources and timing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and sharpen understanding of challenges.
• Apply knowledge of business processes to recommend solutions that meet objectives.
• Build models and analyses using data from various sources to test decisions and scenarios.
• Translate industry knowledge into strategic recommendations for business impact.
• Anticipate financial and operational impact of key decisions to plan complex projects.
