In this role you will own strategic initiatives within the B2B Strategy & Transformation team, from framing the problem through to influencing the top leadership and driving cross-functional execution. You will lead the construction of the strategic plan, including market and competitor analysis and assessment of EG B2B performance, and you will represent Strategy & Transformation directly with senior leadership across Commercial, Product and Technology, and Finance. Candidates must have permission to work in SpainThe total cash range for this position in Madrid is €113,500.00 to €159,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €181,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
