• 6+ years of management consulting or senior leadership in CPG RGM/TPM.
• Proven track record managing high-value client engagements.
• Strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in pricing, TPM, RGM, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients.
• Identify clients' commercial objectives across Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
• Translate challenges into platform requirements and implementation recommendations.
• Facilitate market discovery sessions ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Act as strategic counterpart to technical implementation teams.
• Design and lead client training using real market data.
• Develop tailored methodologies, analytical use cases, and best practices.
• Lead commercial sprints guiding analytics to revenue growth.
• Structure and manage 12–24-month value-extraction roadmaps.
