Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing or content strategy.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated B2B environments.
• Ability to align content with customer journeys and GTM plans.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with business objectives and GTM priorities.
• Identify content gaps and prioritize initiatives by impact and resources.
• Lead and develop the Content & Design Team, manage performance and workload.
• Establish scalable content production workflows and quality standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across content formats and channels.
• Introduce AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor content performance metrics and translate insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing Operations to measure content impact.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales for market-facing content.
• Ensure consistent messaging across websites, campaigns, launches, and collateral.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and stakeholder expectations.
