You will blend creative thinking, audience insights, and performance data to create campaigns across paid channels, collaborating with designers, analysts, and founders to uncover opportunities and translate them into compelling concepts.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in creative or performance marketing in a product company or startup.
• Experience creating advertising creatives for social media and paid channels (Meta, Snapchat, GDN).
• Ability to research competitors and adapt creative approaches by audience.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with AI-powered creative analysis and generation tools.
• Basic video advertising experience and knowledge of ad formats.

Responsabilidades

• Creative Concept Development: generate fresh advertising ideas and test angles and formats.
• Market and Competitor Research: analyze competitors’ creatives and advise the design team.
• Audience Research: understand customer needs and triggers with founders and analytics.
• Hypothesis Development & Testing: plan and analyze A/B tests for best results.
• Performance Monitoring: track CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and retention to guide decisions.
• Creative Optimization: refine concepts and replace underperforming approaches.
• AI-Powered Creative Innovation: explore AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
• Video Advertising: develop and evaluate video concepts for Meta, Snapchat, YouTube.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with designers to turn strategy into assets.
