Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager (AdTech) based in Spain for a fully remote role within Europe. You will own strategy, roadmap, and development of advertising channel integrations for a healthcare-focused platform, working with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in product management with a track record of owning technical products.
• Hands-on adtech/MarTech knowledge and platform familiarity.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and data sync for ads platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum to ship software and document backlogs.
• Proficient with AI tools to boost productivity and automate tasks.
• Ability to identify practical AI use cases for product improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to balance technical and business trade-offs.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• English at B2 level or above; fluent Ukrainian as well.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and integration for ad channels.
• Lead development and launch of integrations with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Improve campaign automation, targeting, and data accuracy.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate a team of engineers, QA, and a Tech Lead to deliver.
• Prioritize backlog, plan sprints, and maintain docs.
• Monitor market trends and platform capabilities for improvements.
• Incorporate AI tools to streamline research and development workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities with business goals.
• Continuously improve reliability, data quality, and campaign performance.
