Job summary

Jobgether is representing a partner company seeking a Freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to work remotely from Spain. You will shape creative direction across three brands, translating performance data into actionable strategies and establishing a structured testing framework.

You’ll manage content planning, prioritization, and cross-brand workflows to drive growth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in creative strategy or leadership, strong performance marketing experience, and fluency

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or creative leadership with a focus on performance marketing and paid social creatives.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into creative decisions and scalable concepts.
• Experience building or managing a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong eye for creative quality and final decision authority on deliverables.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance with visual design awareness.
• Experience leading or coordinating creative teams across multiple brands.
• Fluent German for copy and concepts, plus very good English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy and Testing: Translate data and insights into actionable creative recommendations and manage a structured testing framework.
• Creative Concept Development: Define angles, formats, and audience-specific messaging; identify opportunities for experimentation.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate metrics to inform decisions and scale successful concepts across brands.
• Creative Leadership and Quality Control: Approve assets and provide clear feedback to reduce revisions.
• Content Planning and Prioritization: Own the content pipeline and roadmap, coordinating workloads across brands.
• Brand Development: Evolve brand positioning while safeguarding distinct audience tones and objectives.
• Creative Process Improvement: Introduce structured ideation, testing, and iteration; use Asana for workflow.
• Long-Term Content Development: Build sustainable concepts including testimonials and creator content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with content and performance marketing for consistent results.
