Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams to ensure delivery and customer value.
• Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions following best practices.
• Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories.
• Review and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Participate in workshops to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants while driving quality and innovation.
