Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Spain seeks a Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) to lead projects, design and implement sophisticated ServiceNow workflows, and advise customers on platform capabilities. The role emphasizes technical leadership, integration work, and stakeholder management across engagements.

The candidate should have 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, native Spanish, and CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, with travel flexibility. Remote with occasional Spain availability.

• Participate in workshops to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants while driving quality and innovation.

• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.

• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.

Workplace: Remote with occasional availability — Spain

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
