Cognizant in Spain is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM) to lead platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy for large, enterprise-scale projects. You will mentor teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders in a fully remote Spain setup.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with CSM and platform components.
• 5+ years in General Consulting, Service Management, or Software Development
• 3+ years implementing customer service or CRM solutions
• Experience in B2B or B2C service operations environments
• Certified ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM are required
• CTA or CMA is desirable
• Strong communication and bilingual (Spanish/English) client-facing skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy.
• Lead and mentor developers and architects across disciplines.
• Design, document, and communicate integration approaches for architectural components.
• Assess business needs and propose solution alternatives.
• Educate clients and negotiate optimal technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality artefacts and configurations within projects.
• Guide scoping of opportunities and design delivery tools and techniques.
• Build high-performing delivery teams and provide technical coaching.
