Thewhiteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead design and development on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Sales and Order Management, CPQ, and CSM. You will implement AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio and drive integration across systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong CRM/workflow knowledge, and hands-on AI development. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for certification growth.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience with CRM and Industry Workflows, esp. Sales/Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue or Order Management.
• Hands-on experience developing AI capabilities on the Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, server-side and client-side scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/JWT, Transform Maps and data import processes.
• Experience with Now Assist / AI Agent Studio configuration and prompts.
• UI development using UI Builder, Now Experience or Service Portal.
• ATF testing and Git version control.
• CN: CSA and CAD certifications.
• Strong teamwork and quality-focused approach.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across Sales/Order Management, CSM and CPQ.
• Develop product catalogues, configuration, pricing, discounts, quoting and order orchestration.
• Create CPQ configurations, pricing rules and lifecycles integration.
• Design and implement AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Scoped Applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows and UI components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid developers.
• Contribute to best practices, standards and reusable components.
• Support project scoping, estimation and delivery.
