The Whiteam Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Madrid to lead platform development with emphasis on AI capabilities and CRM/workflow automation. You will design, implement and optimize CPQ solutions, quoting, pricing logic and order orchestration within Sales, CSM and CPQ domains.

You will also build AI-enabled features using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and mentor junior engineers, while collaborating with product and client

Formación

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow CAD certification.
• Experience delivering CRM and Industry Workflows in ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure solutions across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ.
• Build and extend CPQ capabilities, with rules, pricing logic and transaction handling.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions on the Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio).
• Create integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes.
• Develop scoped apps, business rules, flows and UI components.
• Guide mid-level and junior developers and set development standards.
• Estimate CPQ and AI workstreams and contribute reusable assets.
