The Whiteam Consulting in Madrid seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and configure CPQ, Sales and Order Management, CSM and related workflows. You will build AI-enabled solutions on the Now Platform and integrate CPQ with CRM/ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ServiceNow development, CSA/CAD certifications, and strong JavaScript and API skills. This is a hybrid Madrid role offering growth and certification support.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience delivering CRM/Industry Workflows including Sales/Order Management.
• Hands-on AI capabilities on the Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio).
• Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, scripting and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Excellent English; Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and configure solutions across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ.
• Work with product catalogues, quoting, pricing logic and order orchestration.
• Build and extend CPQ capabilities with configuration rules and pricing logic.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
• Design AI agents, skills and prompts for quoting and sales workflows.
• Build CPQ/SOM integrations with CRM, ERP and billing platforms.
• Develop REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes.
• Develop scoped apps, business rules, Script Includes, flows and UI.
• Work with UI Builder / Now Experience; translate requirements into platform logic.
• Guide and review mid-level and junior developers; act as technical reference.
• Contribute to reusable assets and development standards.
• Support scoping and estimation of CPQ and AI workstreams.
