Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Sales & Order Management (SOM) to lead platform design, integration architecture and technology strategy on client projects. You will mentor developers and architects, define integration approaches, and ensure high quality, scalable solutions delivered in a fully remote setup across Spain.

Requirements include 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, CSA and CIS certifications, CPQ and ERP/CRM integration experience, and

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years in General Consulting, Service Management, or Software Development
• 3+ years in sales operations, order management, or revenue ops roles
• ServiceNow CSA – required
• CIS-Sales and Order Management – required
• CIS-ITSM + 2 additional CIS certifications – required
• ServiceNow CTA/CMA – desired
• Degree in CS/IT; post-grad a plus
• Hands-on ServiceNow SOM: catalog, pricing, ordering lifecycle
• Experience with CPQ processes in ServiceNow
• CRM/ERP integrations experience
• JavaScript/HTML/CSS and integrations
• Agile development experience
• ITIL knowledge – Foundation preferred
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• English professional proficiency – required
• Spanish/Portuguese proficiency – beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture and technology strategy
• Lead and mentor developers and architects across disciplines
• Design and communicate integration approaches for architectural components
• Research and propose solutions addressing business needs across service lines
• Educate clients and negotiate technical solutions
• Deliver a positive, value-adding client experience
• Escalation point for technical decision-making within programmes
• Ensure artefacts and integrations meet high quality standards
• Assist in scoping opportunities and designing delivery tools
• Build and develop high-performing delivery teams
• Provide technical coaching and oversight
• Define hiring evaluation processes
• Identify emerging skills and training plans
• Align resource requirements with HR projections
