Tamarind Intelligence in Madrid is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead design, development and transformation of CPQ, SOM, CSM and related Sales processes on the ServiceNow platform.

You will implement AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio), build integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub, and mentor junior developers while delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Must-have:5+ years with ServiceNow and strong development/architecture experience.
• Experience with CRM/Industry Workflows, including Sales and Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue or Order Management.
• Hands-on AI capabilities development on Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, server-side and client-side scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration.
• Now Assist / AI Agent Studio experience with agents, skills and prompts.
• UI construction with UI Builder / Now Experience / Service Portal.
• ATF testing and Git source control.
• CSA and CAD certifications are highly valued and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ.
• Develop product catalogues, configuration, pricing, discounts, quoting and order orchestration.
• Develop CPQ solutions with configuration rules and pricing logic; integrate with order lifecycle.
• Design AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio; create agents, skills and prompts.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes.
• Develop Scoped Applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows and UI components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid-level developers and define best practices.
• Contribute to standards, reusable components and project estimation/definition.
