Job summary

THEWHITEAM is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead development and transformation across Sales, Order Management, CSM and CPQ on the ServiceNow platform. You will design AI-enabled CPQ solutions, develop integrations via REST/SOAP, and mentor junior developers in a fast-evolving environment.

The role requires 5+ years with ServiceNow, CRM/workflow experience, and strong JavaScript expertise. A hybrid working model and opportunities for certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience with CRM and industry workflows (Sales/Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue).
• Hands-on AI capability development on Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, scripting and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/JWT, Transform Maps.
• Experience with UI Builder / Now Experience / Service Portal.
• ATF and Git usage.
• CSA and CAD certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across Sales, Order Management, CSM and CPQ.
• Enhance product catalogues, configuration, pricing, discounts and order orchestration.
• Develop CPQ configurations, pricing logic and lifecycle integrations.
• Build AI capabilities with Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, including agents and prompts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Scoped Applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows and UI components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior/mid developers.
• Contribute to best practices and reusable components.
• Support project scoping and estimation.
