Job summary

JFrog is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for the New Logo Global Business. You will bridge executive administration, sales operations, and business management, driving RoB, budgeting, and executive reporting across regional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in similar roles, residency in Spain, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will manage travel, events, and cross-functional workflows with AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior EA, Chief of Staff, PM, Ops Manager or EBP role supporting senior executives.
• Residency in Spain (Remote position).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience managing regional operational budgets and travel expenses.
• Experience in Sales Operations & Pipeline acumen.
• Tech-savvy with AI tools for note-taking and task tracking.
• Advanced calendar and logistics management across time zones.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drive Rhythm of Business (RoB) and Sales Execution for the New Logo Global Business.
• Facilitate governance and synthesize takeaways from meetings using AI tools.
• Coordinate high-impact operational meetings (QBRs, leadership syncs, standups).
• Lead GTM coordination with Field Marketing and Sales for events and post-event follow-ups.
• Provide financial stewardship: track regional OPEX, budgets, and spend controls.
• Manage travel and expense compliance using enterprise systems.
• Optimize executive calendars across time zones and protect focus time.
• Coordinate end-to-end international travel logistics and contingencies.
