Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors business unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. This role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and requires strong consultative selling with medical device/Life sciences experience.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build pipelines, respond to inquiries, tailor solutions, and travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices.
• Strong English (C1) and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition, and close sales.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and craft customized advisory solutions.
