Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments for our Enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and execute robust implementation plans that ensure rapid value realization and high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Implementation & Project Management experience across multiple onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of complex configurable B2B SaaS products and their integrations.
• Demonstrated customer-centric approach and ability to tailor implementations.
• Experience navigating change management processes with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers, from planning to execution.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for the Enterprise segment to ensure positive customer experience and fast time-to-value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
