Ashby is seeking an Integrations Consultant to define, advise on, and manage the technical requirements for enterprise-level Workday integrations with Ashby ATS. You will serve as a technical SME and work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and go-live readiness.
You will partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, and Sales Engineers, applying best practices to optimize integrations and customer outcomes.
As our Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for defining, advising on, and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our Workday API. You may also serve as the technical subject matter expert for implementing customers as more enterprise HCM integrations are shipped. You will work with customers of varying integration sophistication, advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and collaboration with a customer’s internal expert to achieve goals. You will use your knowledge of integrations and the products being integrated to consult with customers, helping them get up and running quickly so they can achieve their desired business outcomes. You will partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to achieve this.
You have technical expertise in designing and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
You communicate clearly, ask precise questions, and distill complex concepts into simple themes.
You are a good listener and advocate for the customer to ensure offerings evolve with customer needs.
You are a problem solver who thrives on complex, scalable solutions.
You value processes and seek to improve workflows to enhance efficiency.
You are detail-oriented and technically proficient, with a focus on internal operations.
You can manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize based on customer and business needs.
You are data-driven and use metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
You are adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to participate in pre-sales conversations as a Workday SME when needed.
You enjoy coaching and helping customers grow.
You have limited experience leading Workday integrations.
You are pursuing a traditional implementation consultant role focused only on setting up a Workday instance for multiple customers.
You prefer an in-person role over remote work.
You are less interested in customer-facing roles that require both technical and interpersonal skills.
You are accustomed to defining ideas but not responsible for execution.
You prefer a simple product or a role focused only on building, not iterating and optimizing.
