Deliverect is expanding its Implementation & Consultation team to guide enterprise clients through seamless technical integrations. You will lead multi-project deployments, train users, and tailor the platform to client requirements, delivering measurable value and strong relationships.

We seek a proactive communicator with 1–3 years in client-facing SaaS roles, comfortable troubleshooting and collaborating with sales and product teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years in a client-facing technical role in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry) and logs analysis.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and ticketing (Zendesk).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple complex implementation projects for SMB, Mid-Market and enterprise clients.
• Deliver training sessions and provide hands-on support during and after implementation.
• Configure the Deliverect platform to align with client needs and deliver customised solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and improve workflows.
