Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers launch the Intellect platform. You will learn the product, onboard new clients, and guide implementations end-to-end.

You will collaborate across Support, Integration, Product, and Sales, translate business requirements into system design, and manage stakeholders from VP to C-suite. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and a collaborative, customer‑centric environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and CFR/ISO standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Strategically guide customers with implementation and launch.
• Train customers and team members on the product.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to drive completion and support through milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
