Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Managing Partner to own a high-impact practice from winning clients to delivering hires. You will bring credibility, a broad network, and strong commercial instincts to build a book of business in your function or geography, then lead delivery (personally and over time through a team) to ensure successful outcomes.

Remote role in Spain with autonomy to develop new logos, manage profitability, and scale an advisory business within TechTree.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning and growing client relationships with P&L or practice ownership experience.
• Established network among founders, executives or industry leaders in your function/geography.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or senior client-facing roles.
• Comfortable negotiating terms directly with owners and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability for your practice, function, or geography.
• Win new clients by leveraging your network and credibility.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term partnerships with TechTree.
• Set commercial terms, pricing, and proposals for your deals.
• Lead delivery on projects and uphold quality across searches.
• Close deals and hires, owning revenue for what you sign and deliver.
• Build and eventually manage your own delivery team as your book grows.
