Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Partner to own a practice end-to-end—from winning clients to delivering hires. You’ll leverage an established network to build a book of business in your geography, then lead delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and profitability. Base salary with variable bonus and equity awaits, with a remote Spain setup.

You’ll set commercial terms, grow accounts, and advise on hiring strategy while building and leading a delivery team as your practice expands.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning and growing client relationships with P&L or practice-ownership experience.
• Established network among founders, executives, or industry leaders.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or similar senior client-facing roles.
• Comfortable setting commercial terms and negotiating with owners and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong delivery instincts to run or oversee a search to a high bar.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build and own something.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability of your practice.
• Win new clients leveraging your network and credibility.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term, repeat partnerships.
• Set commercial terms, pricing, and proposals for deals you bring in.
• Advise owners and executives on hiring strategy and market conditions.
• Lead delivery on projects and maintain quality across searches.
• Close deals and hires; own revenue on sign-and-deliver.
• Build and eventually manage your own practice team as the book grows.
