Job summary

Scrambly is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Mid-Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring streams across Europe. You will source top talent actively, run kick-off calls, align with hiring managers, and guide candidates through a fast-paced interview process.

You will operate in a high-growth, in-house environment, leveraging modern ATS tools and data to continuously improve funnel performance and time-to-fill metrics. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international recruitment, full-cycle, in-house or agency mix.
• At least 1 year in-house at a fast-paced high-growth company.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical and business).
• Strong active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter; find passive candidates.
• Hands-on with enterprise ATS and managing hiring managers end-to-end.
• Experience in offer negotiation and closing with candidates.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and pass-rate analysis.
• Problem-solver who fixes broken hiring processes.
• Owner mentality with high energy; proactive and autonomous.
• Clear, honest communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own every requisition from open to offer for dedicated streams.
• Headhunt actively across Europe and manage hiring funnel.
• Run kick-off calls with hiring managers to align on profile and process.
• Design search strategy: inbound, active sourcing, or both.
• Source actively through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Publish job postings and build automated application flows in the ATS.
• Screen candidates and move them through the process with structured feedback.
• Keep hiring managers aligned, accountable, and informed across open roles.
• Negotiate offers and close with the best candidates.
• Analyze pipelines and pass rates to fix bottlenecks.
