Job summary

Scrambly is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Mid-Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring streams across Europe. You will source top talent actively, run kick-off calls, align with hiring managers, and guide candidates through a fast-paced interview process.

You will operate in a high-growth, in-house environment, leveraging modern ATS tools and data to continuously improve funnel performance and time-to-fill metrics. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international recruitment, full-cycle, in-house or agency mix.
• At least 1 year in-house at a fast-paced high-growth company.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical and business).
• Strong active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter; find passive candidates.
• Hands-on with enterprise ATS and managing hiring managers end-to-end.
• Experience in offer negotiation and closing with candidates.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and pass-rate analysis.
• Problem-solver who fixes broken hiring processes.
• Owner mentality with high energy; proactive and autonomous.
• Clear, honest communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

About The Role

We're looking for a Mid-Senior Recruiter to own dedicated hiring streams - specific functions and verticals- end-to-end. You'll be the main recruitment point of contact for their hiring managers, from the day a requisition opens to the day the offer is signed.

This is a hands-on, sourcing-heavy seat. You'll headhunt actively across Europe, run your funnels on data, and fix whatever slows hiring down - without waiting to be asked. You've done this in-house at a fast-paced, high-growth company before, so our speed won't surprise you.

What You'll Do

• Own every requisition from open to offer - pick up roles from hiring managers, research the position and its market, and prepare for kick-off.
• Run sharp kick-off calls - get everything you need from the hiring manager, align on the profile, and agree on the interview process.
• Design the search strategy - inbound, active sourcing, or both;
• Source actively - headhunting is a core part of this role; build pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Set up the funnel - publish job postings and build automated application flows in our ATS.
• Screen and move candidates through the process - run screening calls, keep momentum, and collect structured feedback at every stage.
• Manage your hiring managers - keep them aligned, accountable, and informed across all their open roles.
• Close - negotiate offers and terms, and get the best candidates over the line.
• Live in the data - analyse pipelines and pass rates, find the bottlenecks, and fix them.

What You Bring

Must-haves

• 3+ years in international recruitment - full-cycle, from screening call to signed offer. In-house, agency, or a mix.
• At least 1 year in-house at a fast-paced, high-growth company - a scale-up, startup, or tech business where hiring moves in days, not months.
• A mix of technical and business hiring across different functions.
• Strong active sourcing - advanced LinkedIn Recruiter user; you find people who aren't applying.
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade ATS.
• Hiring manager management - you've owned stakeholders' roles and processes end to end.
• Offer negotiation and closing - you've agreed terms yourself.
• Data-driven - you track your funnel, read pass rates, and decide on numbers.
• Problem-solver - you spot what's broken in a hiring process and fix it.
• Owner mentality and high energy - you drive searches forward without waiting to be asked.
• A high bar - you push for exceptional hires, not the first acceptable candidate.
• Bias for action - you move fast, unblock yourself, and deliver.
• Honest and direct - with candidates and stakeholders, including when you need to push back.

• Agency or consulting experience — alongside your fast-paced in-house experience.
• Ad tech, advertising technology or marketing hiring experience.
