Anthesis Group is seeking a Recruiter in Spain to manage end-to-end recruitment across Spain, with a focus on Barcelona. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality hires, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining compliant recruitment processes while supporting regional attraction initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting across EU markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Spain, partnering with hiring managers.
• Source, screen and assess candidates; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure process compliance.
• Support reporting, employer branding and regional talent attraction.
