Job summary

Affir seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead cross-functional recruiting across EMEA from a remote Spain-based role. You will guide a high-performing team, align hiring plans with business priorities, and partner with leaders to scale engineering hiring globally.

You will leverage analytics and market insights to inform decisions, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and leaders alike.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting.
• 5+ years in leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market and regional hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to sustain high performance.
• Own and implement the EMEA recruiting strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate hiring plans into scalable strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Influence senior leadership using data, insights, and proactive risk management.
• Use analytics to improve funnel metrics, forecast risks, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Ops, Compensation, and other People teams.
