Job summary

VirtuCruit LLC is seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, while aligning with hiring goals and KPIs. The role involves partnering with client stakeholders, executing sourcing strategies, and maintaining data integrity in the ATS.

You will work autonomously, maintain clear communication with both the client and internal leadership, and ensure an excellent candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience in client-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet KPIs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Partner with client hiring managers to understand needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the client’s employer brand.
• Operate autonomously with strong communication with client and leadership.
