Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Barcelona is seeking a Senior SDET to drive automation strategy across web, API, and microservices, design scalable frameworks, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps, with 10+ years' experience, Bachelor's degree, UI and API automation expertise, and hands-on with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing in Agile environments.

Formación

10+ years of experience in QA and SDET roles.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong UI and API test automation experience.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native testing, and Agile/Scrum.

Responsabilidades

Define and implement automation strategies aligned with engineering standards and the automation roadmap.
Identify automation opportunities, maximize test coverage, and drive shift-left testing.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
Lead performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability testing initiatives.
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and provide quality metrics and reporting.
Create automation standards, documentation, and best-practice guidelines while mentoring teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps, and Delivery Managers on testing strategy.
