UST España & Latam is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems. The role emphasizes automation, performance testing, and collaboration in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The candidate will work on frontend, backend, and API testing using Selenium, Playwright, Karate, and Postman, with SQL data validation and strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Proven experience as QA Automation Engineer / SDET.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, SOAP testing tools, JMeter.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Karate.
• Strong communication and teamwork in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for frontend, backend, and API testing.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate business requirements and application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and testing purposes.
• Maintain test documentation, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence.
• Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and automation coverage.
