TransPerfect is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform in Barcelona. This critical role introduces structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process.

You will define QA processes, perform manual testing across multiple sites, own regression testing, and shape test automation strategy while mentoring the QA team and collaborating with developers and DevOps.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA experience focused on web platforms.
• Strong emphasis on manual testing.
• Experience building QA processes from scratch.
• Familiar with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define QA processes and standards for the platform.
• Perform manual testing across websites and applications.
• Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.
• Act as the quality gate before production releases.
• Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.
• Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manual testing.

• Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
• Experience with accessibility or performance testing.
• Previous lead or senior QA role.
