Formación

• 10+ years of experience in SDET/QA and automation
• Strong UI and API test automation background
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native testing, and Agile/Scrum

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement automation and QA strategies and roadmaps
• Identify automation opportunities and maximize test coverage
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Lead performance, scalability, and reliability testing
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, report quality metrics
• Create automation standards and mentor teams on QA practices
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers on QA strategy
