Tadaweb is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Spain public sector, delivering end-to-end commercial cycles, from pipeline to renewals and expansions. You will collaborate with OSINT, engineering, and product teams to tailor solutions for government and security agencies.

The role requires deep knowledge of Spanish public procurement, tender processes, and direct engagement with senior and C-suite stakeholders, with eligibility for Spanish security clearance.

Formación

• 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience targeting Spanish national security, defence, or public safety institutions.
• Strong command of Spanish procurement processes, including tenders and framework agreements.
• Experience contributing to proposals and contract negotiations, navigating legal/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English at senior/C-suite levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow ARR in Spain's public sector with pipeline generation, renewals, and account expansion.
• Develop expertise in the Tadaweb platform and articulate value to drive new logo acquisition.
• Contribute to Spain's public sector GTM strategy and respond to tenders and RFPs.
• Build and maintain a network across government and security sectors; manage partner relationships.
