Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in project management, across the full lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong familiarity with PM software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans with timelines and resources.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Monitor milestones, track progress and deliverables.
• Coach and mentor project team members and contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and requirements documentation.
