Job summary

SITA Group seeks an experienced SGS Pre-Sales Senior Manager to lead the pre-sales function across GEOs, shaping engagement models, service levels, and bid governance. You will oversee a diverse team and ensure solutions are commercially sound, standardized, and handover-ready to Delivery.

You will drive governance, risk visibility, and reusable pre-sales capabilities while aligning with the SGS Target Operating Model and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of IT services, pre-sales, or bid operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or IT.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SGS Pre-Sales to GEOs and govern bid lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, Solution Design and Delivery.
• Drive standardization and knowledge management for pre-sales.
