Job summary

SGS is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery & Project Manager to own a portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring stability, performance and evolution. You will work with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable services while leading transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive improvements, and coordinate across teams to align with architecture and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Management, or IT Operations.
• Strong ITIL understanding and delivery best practices.
• Experience leading complex IT projects and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of key applications and services.
• Lead IT projects including integrations and upgrades.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation.
