haddock (Y Combinator W22) is building the AI-workforce for restaurants and is seeking a Head of People to scale a high-performance, AI-powered organization. You will work directly with the founders and Leadership Team to shape talent attraction, leadership development, performance management and scalable culture as we grow across Spain and Portugal.
