You’ll lead coaching, change initiatives, and leadership development across regions, ensuring a consistent employee experience while maintaining commercial clarity and care.

Formación

• Experience in a People Partner role partnering with Revenue functions and working in fast-moving tech companies.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into people plans.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, leadership development, and leading change.
